This policy explains what Tencubed Games ("we", "us") collects when you use our websites and games, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Information we collect
- Game and device data. Device model, operating system version, language, region, and a randomly generated device or installation identifier.
- Gameplay data. Progress, settings, in-game events, and session length, used to save your game and improve balance and design.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports and performance logs.
- Support messages. Anything you send us by email, including your email address and the contents of your message.
We do not ask for your real name, postal address, or payment card details. Purchases are handled by the platform store you bought through, not by us.
How we use it
- To run, save, and sync your game.
- To find and fix crashes and bugs.
- To understand how our games are played, in aggregate, so we can improve them.
- To answer your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and game platform features. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy terms. Where a game is distributed through a platform store, that store's privacy policy also applies to your purchase and account.
Legal bases and your rights
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies, we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving our games, on your consent where we ask for it, and to perform our agreement with you.
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the CCPA or CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Diagnostic and analytics data is kept in aggregated or de-identified form where practical.
Security and transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. Our providers may store or process data in countries other than yours; where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Our website uses only what is needed to serve the page. If we add analytics or embedded content that sets cookies, we will say so here.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in-game or on this site.
